Yes, this is a wind-up tin toy, but it is also chauffer driven. "Where might I take you today, Madam?" You won't believe the detailed lithographics on this wonderful collector's item. Complete with a spare tire (Often needed.) and crank horn. (Wonder if it was a balooga.) This is a nice quality tin toy, which includes colorful collector's display box.
